Terms of use

These terms govern the use of AfterShows (https://aftershows.app), a service to create a memory book for each concert or festival, follow a countdown before a show and share your memories. The service is published by To be completed.

Creating an account means you accept these terms and the privacy policy.

• Signing up is free and open from age 15. Below that age, a parent or legal guardian must consent.
• You agree to provide a valid email address and to keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for what is done from your account.
• You can delete your account at any time from your profile. Deletion permanently erases your shows, books, ratings and photos.

The photos, texts and books you create remain your property. You only grant AfterShows the right to host, display and technically adapt them (resizing, compression), solely to run the service. This right ends when you delete the content or your account.

You agree to only post content:

• you hold the rights to (your own photos, or with their author's permission);
• that respects the image rights of identifiable people, especially in a public book;
• that is not illegal: no hateful, violent, pornographic, defamatory, privacy-infringing or counterfeit content.

Photos and videos taken during a concert may include protected works (the artists' performance, stage design). Their use in a book must remain personal and non-commercial.

A book stays private until you share it. Once shared, anyone with the link can see it, along with your name and username. Images exported for stories carry a discreet "aftershows.app" mention.

Any illegal content can be reported to To be completed (page address, content concerned, reason for the report). AfterShows may remove clearly illegal content, and suspend or delete an account that breaches these terms, after informing you unless there is an emergency or a legal obligation.

Some features (accent colors, Glass mode) are reserved for Premium, subject to the terms of sale. The rest of the service is free.

AfterShows does its best to keep the service available and your data safe, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability (maintenance, a provider outage). Remember to export the books that matter to you.

AfterShows is not responsible for content posted by users, nor for show information (dates, times, cancellations) that you enter yourself. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

The AfterShows brand, logo, interface, stickers and code remain its property. You can use them in the app and in the images you export, not elsewhere.

These terms may change. If there is a significant change, you will be informed in advance in the app or by email. If you refuse the new terms, you can delete your account.

These terms are governed by French law. In case of disagreement, first email To be completed to find a solution. You can also use the consumer mediator free of charge (see the terms of sale). Failing that, the French courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the rules that allow you, as a consumer, to go to the court of your place of residence.
